How Our Pricing Works

NDIS Participants: We follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (TTP rates where applicable).
Aged Care Clients: We work within your Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) or Home Care Package funding.
Private Clients: You’ll receive a customised quote based on your individual support needs.

What if I’m waiting for funding approval?

Can I use both aged care and private funding?

Yes. If your Home Care Package doesn’t cover everything you need, we can offer private-pay options to fill the gaps.

Do I need to sign a contract before receiving a quote?

No. We offer free consultations and detailed quotes before you commit to any service.

Can I change or cancel services?

Yes. We offer flexible scheduling, and you can modify or cancel services with proper notice (terms in your agreement).
